Pierce Management Services
Pierce Management Services (PMS) is the HFC Partner for the support and development the Monitor energy management software package.
Since 1980, PMS worked in many industry sectors including the National Health Service, the Ministry of Defence, commercial organisations and various overseas companies.
PMS have also held BS EN 9001 Part 1 and ISO 9000-3 (TickIT) certification since in October 1994. This requires that systems are carefully planned and strict controls are in operation to ensure quality at all times.
Premier Software Ltd
Premier Software is the HFC Partner for the support and development of the web-based FM application Apollo-FM.
Formed in 1985 to develop the PICK version of the HFC’s Works Information and Management System (WIMS), the character-based forerunner of Apollo-FM). Originally developed in the PICK programming language and then in SB+, Pick Systems later released D3 database software and Premier ported WIMS onto this database, which runs on various flavours of UNIX, including LINUX, and Windows NT and renamed it Apollo-FM. Since then the software has been redeveloped into a fully web-based product.
Web development has become Premier’s primary focus as it is quicker to develop and more responsive. Premier have also enhanced their product range by integrating bar coding and PDA technology and will soon also be offering the ability host customer applications on the Internet.
